The company joins through your link. Self-referrals, fake companies and duplicate attribution are not eligible.
The first eligible paid credit-pack purchase starts that company's own 12-month commission window.
Every eligible credit-pack purchase during that window adds 20% cash commission to your affiliate balance.
The hold protects both sides against refunds and chargebacks. Eligible commission becomes approved after the hold.
A new company starts a new independent 12-month window. Your affiliate membership itself does not end after one referral.

Do I earn only from the first payment?
No. You earn 20% from every eligible credit-pack purchase the referred company makes during its 12-month earning window.
What if the company starts with only 5 credits and buys much more later?
You can earn on the small purchase and on the larger later purchases, as long as each purchase is eligible and made within that company's 12-month window.
When does the 12-month period start?
It starts from that referred company's first eligible paid credit-pack purchase, not from the day you copied your link.
Does every company get a separate 12-month period?
Yes. Company A, Company B and Company C each have their own independent start and end dates.
Does my affiliate membership expire after 12 months?
No. The 12 months apply to each referred company, not to your overall affiliate membership. You can keep referring new companies while your account remains eligible.
Is there a total earnings limit?
No fixed total commission cap is built into the program. Your earnings are driven by the eligible purchases made by the companies you refer.
Can I really make $10,000 or $100,000?
It is mathematically possible if you refer enough real companies that make enough eligible purchases. It is not guaranteed income and depends entirely on actual customer spend.
When is a commission payable?
Commission is held for 30 days. If the purchase is still eligible after that period, the commission becomes approved and payable.
How can I receive my money?
Supported methods may include bank transfer, Wise, PayPal or another method TalentMost supports for your country. Available methods can vary by location and payout operations.
What happens after a refund or chargeback?
A refunded, charged-back or otherwise ineligible purchase does not qualify. Pending or previously credited commission can be reduced or reversed when required.
Can I refer myself or create multiple companies?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate/fake companies and abuse are not eligible and can lead to blocked or reversed rewards.
Do I still get referral credits too?
Yes. Promotional referral credits remain separate from the 20% cash affiliate commission when the referral meets the relevant reward rules.
Which purchases generate the 20% cash commission?
Eligible TalentMost credit-pack purchases generate cash commission. Other purchases do not count unless TalentMost explicitly adds them to the affiliate terms.
Do I need to own or register a company to become an affiliate?
No. Any eligible individual can create a personal affiliate account. Your dashboard only includes Affiliate & Earnings, Support and Settings, so you can work as an affiliate without registering a company.
Simple rules that protect your commission
- Only real, eligible paid credit-pack purchases count toward the 20% cash commission.
- Each referred company earns commission for 12 months from its first eligible paid credit-pack purchase.
- Each purchase has a 30-day approval hold before its commission becomes payable.
- Refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicate/fake companies and confirmed abuse are not eligible.
- The first valid referral attribution for a company is kept; it cannot be switched later just to redirect commission.
- During launch, the existing temporary anti-abuse limit of 20 new company attributions per referrer in each rolling 30-day window still applies.
