Starting a new company workspace

Create an account using your work email or a supported sign-in method, then add your company information. Eligible new company workspaces receive 15 welcome interview credits once, at no subscription cost. You can begin available hiring workflows while verification is pending. The welcome credits are a one-time gift, not a repeating monthly allowance. Interview credits are used for eligible completed hiring activities, and your team can buy more credits as needed.

Company verification and safe hiring

New eligible company workspaces can use available hiring features while verification is pending. Check Settings for any company documents requested and the deadline for sending them. If the deadline expires or the account is restricted for a separate safety reason, some hiring activities may be paused. This check helps reduce fake interview requests, protect candidate information and confirm that the account represents a real hiring organisation.

Returning to your workspace

If your company already has an account, sign in to continue managing interview invitations, candidate screening, your credit balance and hiring reports. Your workspace remains private and requires authentication. If you have forgotten your password, use the secure password recovery option when the sign-in form finishes loading. Never send passwords or sensitive identification documents to someone claiming to be support.
