Billing & Refund Policy

Learn how interview credits work, when you pay and how to request a refund. The optional annual Branding Add-on has its own price and terms.

At a glance

TalentMost uses credits rather than a required monthly subscription. Eligible new company workspaces receive 15 welcome interview credits once. No paid subscription is needed to create an account.

Completed interviews and assessments use credits as explained below. Paid credits are added after the payment is verified. If you have a billing question or need a refund review, contact our support team.

1. Overview

TalentMost uses a usage-based credit model for core hiring workflows, without a mandatory monthly subscription. Under the current onboarding program, eligible newly registered company workspaces receive 15 welcome interview credits once. This is a one-time credit gift, not a recurring subscription or a time-limited Free Trial.

Companies may explore the eligible new-company access with 15 welcome credits once. Eligible new workspaces can use available hiring features during their verification period. Hiring activities require enough credits where the workflow is billable. Access may be restricted for missed verification deadlines or safety reasons.

2. Credit Packs

Customers may purchase interview credits in the quantities and prices shown on the current Pricing or Billing page.

Core hiring capabilities are not split across subscription tiers merely because a customer buys a smaller credit pack.

Purchased credits do not expire.

3. How Interview Credits Are Used

A completed 15- or 30-minute AI interview uses 1 credit. A completed 45- or 60-minute AI interview uses 2 credits.

Where an assessment is part of the same interview journey, it is included in the interview credit cost. A standalone completed assessment may use 1 credit.

TalentMost may reserve the required credit amount when a billable journey starts so the candidate can continue without interruption. The reservation becomes a charge only when the applicable billable journey is completed.

4. Incomplete Interviews and Technical Failures

If a reserved AI interview is not completed because the candidate exits early, the session is manually ended, times out, or a qualifying technical failure prevents completion, the reservation is released rather than consumed.

A candidate who already started a valid interview should not be interrupted merely because the company's remaining unreserved balance later reaches zero. New billable starts may be paused until more credits are available.

TalentMost may review technical logs where necessary to distinguish an incomplete session from a completed billable session.

5. Bulk Hiring Budgets

Creating a Bulk Hiring campaign, publishing its link, receiving applications, and storing applicants do not by themselves consume interview credits.

A campaign may use a Maximum Completed Interviews setting as a safety budget. Credit reservations for interviews already in progress may count toward the campaign's committed capacity so simultaneous candidates cannot exceed the configured safety limit.

Credit cost still depends on interview duration even when a Bulk Hiring campaign limits completed candidates by count.

6. Branding Add-on

The optional TalentMost Branding Add-on is priced separately from interview credits and is currently offered at the price displayed before checkout, including the current reference price of USD 179 for 365 days.

The add-on may include company logo and colors on eligible candidate pages, branded candidate experience, TalentMost attribution removal, and a verified custom interview domain.

An early renewal extends the existing eligible expiry date by another 365 days rather than discarding unused time. Branding access ends when the entitlement expires unless renewed.

7. Payment Verification

Payments may be processed by supported third-party providers such as PayPal or Ziina.

A checkout opening or client-side payment message does not by itself grant credits or activate Branding. TalentMost verifies the provider status, amount and currency server-side before granting the purchased entitlement.

TalentMost does not require customers to send full payment-card details through email, social media or unofficial channels.

8. Invoices and Payment Records

Verified credit purchases and Branding Add-on purchases may create invoice or payment-history records in the company workspace.

Payment records may include the provider reference, amount, currency, purchase type, status and relevant dates needed for accounting, support, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

9. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of each case and applicable law.

Contact TalentMost as soon as reasonably possible if you believe a payment was duplicated, the charged amount was incorrect, a provider confirmed payment but the purchased entitlement was not delivered, or a confirmed TalentMost-side technical error caused an improper charge.

  • Account or workspace email
  • Payment date
  • Amount and currency
  • Invoice or provider reference where available
  • Short description of the issue

10. Consumed Credits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, credits properly consumed by completed billable candidate journeys are generally not refundable merely because a hiring result, candidate quality, or campaign outcome was different from what the customer expected.

A credit that should have been released under the incomplete-session rules may be restored after verification instead of processing a cash refund where appropriate.

This section does not limit mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply under law.

11. Promotional or Admin-Granted Credits

TalentMost may grant promotional credits or manually add credits to a company for support, sales, migration or service-recovery reasons.

Promotional or admin-granted credits may have conditions stated at the time of grant and generally have no cash value unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Admin credit grants are recorded in the platform audit trail.

12. Taxes and Currency Conversion

Prices may be displayed in USD and may also be shown or charged in another supported currency depending on the payment method.

Banks or payment providers may apply their own conversion rates or fees. Applicable taxes may be added or reflected where required by law.

13. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment cannot be verified, the related credits or Branding entitlement will not be granted until the payment is successfully confirmed.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact TalentMost first where practical so the issue can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restrictions where permitted by law, without limiting legitimate dispute rights.

14. Enterprise and Custom Agreements

Very high-volume customers, API/integration arrangements, custom support commitments, or interview durations beyond the standard product configuration may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Where a signed or otherwise valid written business agreement contains billing terms that differ from this Policy, that specific agreement may control for that customer.

15. Changes to Pricing or This Policy

TalentMost may update credit-pack prices, Branding Add-on pricing, payment methods or this Policy as the product, provider costs or legal requirements change.

Material changes will be reflected before new purchases where applicable. Credits already purchased remain recorded according to the terms applicable to that purchase, subject to law.

16. Billing Support

For questions about credits, reservations, purchases, Branding, invoices, payment verification or refund requests, contact TalentMost through the official support channel.
